Dear Artist,

Plans for the 32nd Annual Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival Shows are well under way. 2011 proved to be an exciting year with many great things happening and finally some good weather and buying crowds. Our 2012 event dates are as follows:

Spring - May 12 & 13               Fall - Oct 13 & 14

Crozet Arts & Crafts will once again be using ZAPPlication, an on-line application system for our 2012 events. Once logging onto the ZAPP site (www.zapplication.org) you will need to establish your own artist account. Once you have done this you can apply for any show in the ZAPP system. If you want to apply to both the Spring and Fall festival you will need to apply to each as they will be set up as two separate events.

For detailed information and guideline please be sure to thoroughly review the event prospectus on our website or on the ZAPP site. Please let me know if you have any questions after reviewing the prospectus.

All proceeds from our shows go to support Claudius Crozet Park, a community non-profit recreational facility open to all. Your interest and participation in our festivals have made possible the continued existence and improvement of our park. We are grateful for your support and look forward to working with you in 2012.
